Online psychology that actually feels like a conversation
I work with adults and young people on NDIS support and the everyday stuff like stress, anxiety and life feeling like a lot. I also provide ADHD assessments for adults. Care that is tailored to you, not therapy for therapy's sake.
Lately, have you been feeling any of this?
There's no right or wrong reason to reach out. If any of these sound familiar, it might be worth a chat.
Like everything is piling up and you can't quite catch your breath.
A racing mind, trouble switching off, or worry that won't quiet down.
Feeling down, unmotivated, or just not quite yourself lately.
Wondering if there's a reason focus, time and follow-through feel hard.
Navigating a big shift, or finding connection with others tricky.
You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to deserve some support.
Support shaped around what you are actually here for
Whether you want answers, a bit of structure, or just somewhere to talk things through, we can start wherever makes sense for you.
Adult ADHD assessments
A thorough, neuroaffirmative assessment for adults and teens who have been wondering for a while. You will get a clear written outcome and practical next steps, framed around how your brain actually works, not just a label.
NDIS support
Therapeutic psychology and functional capacity assessments for participants working towards their goals. Plain reporting, steady sessions, and a focus on what makes daily life work better.
Therapy & everyday support
For the stress, anxiety, low mood and life-feeling-like-a-lot stuff. A calm, practical space, drawing on ACT, to make sense of things and find a way through at your own speed.
Behaviour support supervision
Supervision for behaviour support practitioners at CORE level and above. As a specialist behaviour support practitioner with a background in behaviour analysis, I help newer practitioners refine their practice and write sound, person-centred plans.
Hi, I'm Zac
I'm a registered psychologist, practising since 2017, and the whole reason LifeBridge exists is pretty simple: I wanted therapy to feel less clinical and more like a real conversation between two people. No stiff couch, no waiting rooms, no jargon you need a degree to follow.
My approach is neuroaffirmative and person-centred, drawing on ACT. That means we won't over-pathologise everything or rush to put you in a box. Your struggles are real and worth taking seriously, and you don't have to turn every hard week into a diagnosis to deserve support. First Nations people and the LGBTQIA+ community are warmly welcome here.

If it feels right, we'll book your first proper session at a time that suits you, all from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Fees & rebates, explained plainly
Money shouldn't be a mystery. We'll always be upfront about what a session costs and what you may get back, before you book anything. Rates sit deliberately below the APS recommended fee, to keep good support within reach.
Book a free meet and greetSessions are around $200. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be able to claim a rebate on eligible sessions, and we'll help you understand how it works.
Self managed and plan managed participants are welcome, at the NDIS rate of $232.99. We'll work within your plan and keep reporting clear and simple.
No referral or plan? No problem. Some private health extras cover psychology, so it's worth checking your level of cover.
Questions people usually ask
Do I need a referral to get started?add
No. You're welcome to enquire and book a free meet and greet without a referral. If you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, and we can talk you through that.
Is telehealth as good as seeing someone in person?add
For most people, yes. Video sessions mean you can talk from a space where you already feel safe, with no commute and no waiting room. We'll always be honest if we think a different kind of support would suit you better.
What happens in the free meet and greet?add
It's a relaxed 30 minute video chat, no cost and no commitment. We'll get a sense of what's going on for you, you can ask anything, and you decide if it feels like the right fit before booking a proper session.
Do you work with young people?add
Yes, from age 7, alongside adults. For under-18s we start with a parent-first chat to understand your goals, then work with the young person directly. With teens, we share themes rather than session-by-session detail, so they have the privacy they need while you stay in the loop.
Will I be diagnosed or labelled?add
Only if it's genuinely useful to you. The approach here is neuroaffirmative and we try not to over-pathologise. Sometimes a clear assessment really helps, and sometimes you just need support for a hard season of life. We'll work out together what's actually helpful.
Not sure where to start? That's exactly what the chat is for.
